Model SCS has push-button ignition with the flame maintained as long as the button is pressed and extinguishes on release. Alternatively, a built-in infra-red sensor with range 5 to 50mm can be used and requires two hand movements to activate the flame, maintaining it for a timed period adjustable within two ranges: start-stop from one second to two hours or Auto-off from one second to two hours.
