Similar to PODOTEC, the Avant version combines a press platform, a heating plate, a digital control panel with LCD display and two external vacuum outlets in a single compact concept. By combining integration with simple operation, incredible image quality and a powerful vacuum pump, PODOTEC is the complete solution for the production of foot orthoses.

The digital control panel with LCD display allows total control of all functions such as temperature regulation, time and vacuum level, programming of work cycles, which thanks to an internal microprocessor system controls with great precision the manufacturing parameters of the foot orthosis.

It features a maintenance-free vacuum pump, which provides one of the highest vacuum levels for any type of application. The 1100 W heating plate is coated with non-stick Teflon and allows for rapid and uniform heating of any type of material, thanks to its maximum temperature of 220°C. With microprocessor-controlled heating, you can work for a whole day without having to interrupt heating.

Press platform with high-strength silicone membrane (250°C) and Unifix closure system without the need for locking. External vacuum outlets allow the orthosis to be molded directly onto the patient's foot or the connection of an additional Technoprint unit, with control via a foot pedal.
