A spectacular metallic threaded silk skirt and top set by Louis Feraud! This is an extraordinary outfit that beautifully combines a well done cut with exquisite fabric. The top is made of tissue thin, almost weightless silk chiffon that has that spectacular gold lame thread woven through it. I love the ruffled high double collar piped in gold and how that is picked up and down at each cuff too. The skirt is beautifully full and flows to the floor with a full 8" hem of piped silk chiffon at its bottom. The main port of the skirt is a good weighted silk satin. The gold piping that finishes the edges has a touch of stiffness to it so creates a pretty ruffled effect. The perfect autumn hues and wonderfully versatile as you can of course wear the top and skirt separately as well. Excellent, seemingly unworn condition

The skirt is fully lined in a taupe silk and closes with a side zipper and flat hook & eye at the waist. The top is unlined, buttons down the front and each cuff has a button to close.
