Advantage Environmental Lighting CLU Recessed Flanged Amber & White LED Clean Room

The CLU is a narrow spectrum recessed flange LED luminaire. Available with amber, white, or amber and white LEDs. With a narrow spectrum 570nm amber LED circuit, the CLU is able to provide highpurity light without UV for various applications. The high-CRI white LED circuit provides accurate color rendition at a high output.

DOORFRAME

Cold Roll Steel, Stainless Steel, or Aluminum options. One piece inset door frame with welded corners. White TGIC polyester powder coat standard, with optional Anti-Microbial Paint. Door-frame secured to housing with stainless steel aircraft cables and captive flush mounted Phillips head stainless steel fasteners. Closed-cell gasket completely seals the doorframe and the housing.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Electronic, standard 0-10V dimming.

OPTICAL SYSTEM

A variety of lensing options are available to fit the needs of any application.

MOUNTING

Recessed mounting into grid and flange types. Adjustable swing out mounting brackets are included for flange application. Universal installation for grid or drywall ceiling applications.

HOUSING

Die-formed heavy gauge steel. Seam-welded construction. Stainless steel or aluminum options. All doors attached to the housing with two stainless steel aircraft cables, and are completely sealed with closed cell gaskets. Stainless steel Philips head screws painted to match door finish to secure door frame to housing. White TGIC polyester powder coat standard. Antimicrobial paint optional.

LED

570nm amber replaceable(115 nm FWHM bandwidth) LED arrays produceless than 0.019 watts of light below 480nm, and no ultraviolet rays. Separately circuited white LED arrays are available in in 3500K, 4000K and 5000K color temperatures with a minimum of 82 CRI. White circuit and amber circuit can be independently powered and dimmed.
