Advantage Environmental Lighting CLEL Surface Mount LED Tube Clean Room

The CLEL provides a supplemental, asymmetric/symmetric clean room lighting solution and has a hole-free design and is enclosed and gasketed to protect against infiltration of particles and airborne bacteria. The sealed housing and door frame allow relamping without contamination of the clean areas. CLEL is available in 1x4, 2x2, and 2x4 sizes. Available options such as anti-microbial paint, and wet location. MILSTD 461G available, NSF listed, and suitable for ISO Class 5 - 8 clean rooms.

DOORFRAME

18-gauge CRS, one-piece inset construction corners. White TGIC polyester powder coat – 5-stage pre-treatment. Salt spray test: 1,000 hours; Reflectance: 92%. Doorframe secured to housing with stainless steel aircraft cables and captive flush mounted Phillips head stainless steel fasteners. Antimicrobial finish optional.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Electronic, standard 0-10V, 1% and 10% dimming.

OPTICAL SYSTEM

One-piece asymmetric/symmetric acrylic diffuser. RFI 3/8” square metal grid, grounded to the housing. Other lenses available, refer to Ordering Information.

MOUNTING

Surface Mount. The CLEL has a gasket between surface and fixture housing.

HOUSING

Die-formed heavy gauge steel. Seam-welded construction. Stainless steel or aluminum options. All doors attached to the housing with two stainless steel aircraft cables. Stainless steel Philips head screws painted to match door finish to secure door frame to housing. White TGIC polyester powder coat – 5-stage pre-treatment. Salt spray test: 1,000 hours; Reflectance: 92%. Antimicrobial paint optional.
