Directions for Use: 2 scoops in 6-8 oz. of water or juice beneficial for Blood Type O. For Juices we suggest (for both secretors and non-secretors): Black Cherry, Guava, Mango, Prune or Pineapple. Add sweetener and/or whole fruit, if desired. Use blender for optimum results.
